Our staff includes two IKLF Certified Kettlebell Lifting Instructors, three Certified Underground Strength Coaches and multiple currently active competitive strength athletes.

We have a full gym on site including tons of iron, customized strength training implements and strongman event aparatus, sandbags, kettlebells, grip implements, plyo boxes, tires and specialized fitness equipment. No machines!
