are designed so each person, from brand-new beginner to professional athlete, gets the best results possible. We are a tight family of dedicated professionals with proven results. Whether you just want to get in better shape, gain or lose weight, increase strength, improve flexibility/mobility or train/compete in Judo or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), we can help you reach your goals.
We incorporate the best of MMA (Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling and boxing) with weight training, circuit training, hill sprints, sand bags, sleds, peg boards, rope climbs, tire flips, resistance training, unconventional strength training and all kinds of other ways to push your mind and body to the next level.
All of our trainers are certified professionals with years of tested experience in their various fields of knowledge. We are never satisfied with past achievements and are constantly working on improving our knowledge and experience as coaches and athletes. Give us a try; your first class is always free! Advanced Strength and Conditioning Training group focusing on power, explosiveness, agility, balance and core strength. This class incorporates weight training, power lifting, and strongman training with sprints, sleds, logs, tires, sandbags, hammers and lots of grip training. Recommend running shoes, lifting shoes, water, towel and don’t eat anything too heavy within one of hour of training or you won’t be keeping it down.
These classes are for teens and adults interested in a targeted fitness class. Each class is 30 minutes and includes a quick warm up before focusing on a specific muscle group. Classes will differ in specific skills and drills but will focus on a targeted area of the body for the entire class. You will want to wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel and refillable water bottle.
This 30 minute class is for teens and adults interested in a quick, intense Boxing workout. You will utilize boxing skills (jab, cross, hook, uppercut, footwork, combinations) while working with heavy bags and mitts. You will want to bring boxing gloves (loaners available for new students, also available for purchase in our Pro-Shop), a towel and refillable water bottle.
This class is for teens, men and women interested in Muay Thai style kickboxing. This is an excellent cardio class with circuit training stations that incorporate the best of Muay Thai strikes, kicks and defense. Beginner to Advanced. Recommend a jump rope, boxing gloves (available for sale), and towel. 1 hour class.
This 30 minute class is for kids (6-11) and incorporates basic fitness principles in a safe and fun environment. Kids will learn basic strength and fitness principles, teamwork and perseverance as they work together to improve their strength, speed, agility, balance and coordination. This class may be indoor/outdoor so please bring appropriate footwear.
This class is for kids (6-11) and introduces the fundamental skills of grappling, striking and takedowns with physical fitness and mental focus. Kids will use boxing gloves, shin guards, jump ropes and other training equipment as they learn the combined skills of Muay Thai, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and boxing. Loaner equipment is available for new students. All required equipment is available for purchase in our Pro-Shop.
This class is for kids (8 and up), teens, men and women interested in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques both with and without the gi; beginner to advanced. Incorporates drills, submissions, defense and escapes, theory, chain grappling, live matches and more. No striking. A gi is required for this class (loaners available for new students, also available for purchase in our Pro-Shop).
This class is for kids (8 and up), teens, men and women interested in Olympic Judo (both with and without the gi), and incorporates grips, throws, falls, footwork, rolls, rondori and newaza for competition athletes, grapplers and beginners. A Gi is required for this class (loaners available for new students, also available for purchase in our Pro-Shop).
This 30 minute class involves breathing and holding stretches as a low-impact physical exercise routine intended to compliment and enhance the various other classes taught at the club. Beginners welcome. Wear flexible, comfortable clothing (no shoes on the mat). Open to kids 10 and up, teens and adults of all ages and fitness levels.
